SHIPPING POLICY:

* Pre-Made units will ship next business day.

*Made to order units will ship within 3 weeks.

*Custom-made units shipping time frame will be discussed during requiring for a quote. 

 

All units are shipped with USPS Priority Mail. Unless requested otherwise.  Once tracking has begun, your package is in the hands of the carrier. However, if you have any concerns or issues along the way, please don’t hesitate to reach out — I’m always happy to help look into it for you!

RETURN POLICY.

Pre-Made/made to orders:
* I accept returns for a refund or replacement.
* Items must be unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and the lace must remain uncut.

* Returns must be shipped within 7 days of the tracked delivery date and include return tracking.
* Buyer pays return shipping if item is as described.
* A 20% restocking fee applies.
Cancellations
* Within 24 hours: Free cancellation, full refund.
* After 24 hours: 50% of the item cost charged.

Custom made orders:
* Refunds are not available if the item matches its product description.
* If your item is not as described, it must be returned in its original condition — unworn, uncut, unaltered, and undamaged. The lace must remain intact.
* Returns must be shipped within 7 days of the tracked delivery date and include return tracking.
* Custom-made or personalized items cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun.

 Please Read If you’re purchasing from outside the USA, please note that you are the importer. This means you may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees your country may charge during or before delivery. Unfortunately, I don’t have control over these fees or know how much they might be — it varies by country.
